How the Process Works

  1. Step 1: We complete the general information on this form today. If the case is ripe for review, we will send you a Strategy Session and Intake Packet to complete.

  2. Step 2: You gather and return the requested information to our office.

  3. Step 3: Once we receive all the requested information, we will schedule a strategy session to discuss our findings in more detail.

  4. Step 4: If your case is ready for representation, we will discuss the representation agreement at that time. If we need more information, we will give you an updated list of the items we need to determine representation. If we can not assist with your claim, then we will give you notice at that time.

  5. Step 5: We will either open your file as your representative or close your file and destroy all physical copies of your file that you provided to our office.
